Savera TVS Servicing Centre

I had a great experience at the TVS service center, thanks to Rimjhim. She was professional, polite, and very helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained what needed to be done, gave realistic timelines, and kept me updated about the service status. The service was smooth, timely, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. It’s rare to find service advisors who actually listen and take customer concerns seriously. Savera TVS Service Centre is the worst service center in Guwahati. The service here is very poor and unnecessarily slow. Even for small issues, they take too much time. There is no proper coordination, and customers are made to wait for hours without any clear updates. The staff does not seem serious about their work and shows little concern for customer time. Overall, this service centre is inefficient, careless, and a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise avoiding Savera TVS Service Centre.
