Products are nice but after sales service is very bad. I had installed an alluminium partition with a gate and after few months there was problem with the lock so I contacted Suresh Saikia their main contact person while ordering and when I asked him to send a person to repair it he said he will and later he did not even pick up my calls and stopped responding to my messages. Very bad after sales service. Once they deliver the products they do not cater to your problems
