*BEWARE of M/s Northeastern Glass, Guwahati: Over Promises but Does Not Deliver Services Even After Full Payment* We are a small NGO with limited means from Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, and we paid M/s Northeastern Glass, located in KANAKLATA PATH, Addingiri Path, East Gota Nagar, Maligaon, Guwahati, Assam 781011, *IN FULL* for glass blocks with the clear understanding that a worker would be sent for 1-2 days to guide and demonstrate the correct way to lay them — as promised by the owner, *Mr. Ghanshyam Deka* – when they conducted a site visit to assess the work. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has shown up, and the owner, Mr. Deka, has completely stopped responding to calls and WhatsApp messages. This has caused tremendous delays, damage to site due to monsoon, financial losses and unnecessary frustration for our project. We trusted Mr. Deka's word and are left without the support they guaranteed. *If you're considering working with M/s Northeastern Glass from Guwahati, please be extremely cautious and fairly warned. Get everything in writing, hold back payment, and do not assume verbal promises will be honoured.* We strongly discourage and disapprove hiring their services based on our abysmal experience of working with them.
