Kudos to the SSA office for their revolutionary recruitment strategy: hiring everyone except the qualified. It is inspiring to watch a building full of people who clearly "earned" their jobs through connections spend all day posturing as geniuses, while the state consistently "tops from the bottom" in education rankings. Truly, who better to nurture the next generation than a workforce that proves you don't actually need merit to succeed?

People from all parts of the states come to this place with high hopes and aspirations only to be learn that not all that is written in papers can put into execution and some things though possible seem to be impractical as people of assam are more interested in self interest rather than greater interests.
