The New & Improved Deputy Commissioner Office relocated to Hengrabari just besides Public Health was a much need upgrade with functional accessibility in mind, with specious offices & with visitors waiting room seems like was designed for the public in mind with clear banner & brach name upfront you will never never have any issues finding you required branch... & The best part as it's kind of a dome soaped building u can easily access any floor / brach or office no matter which side you get in..so it's really convenient for the public ..

Giving 3 stars because the place is not hygienic and ill maintain. There were spider webs in all the walls and looks very dirty.... An important place in Guwahati like this should get more attention and should be well maintained.

OMG! This is the scariest plight ever for a bureaucratic establishment, that I cam across recently. Where are the central or state funds whatever that comes in crores gone? Can't you maintain our city's DC building properly? It's such a shame for us in front of the outsiders.

New DC office, shifted from Kachari ghat, Panbazar to Hengarabari. Office is good but situated in a very busy and congested place. Difficult to park vehicles.

The office situated in the bank of mighty brahmaputra. The office where all kinds of people are seen. Always a place of busy peoples. Not a single day with less public. The problem of parking is a problem faced by nearly all. Not all the officals are bad good officals also do exist. But some need for the people working in the office works puntually and well behaved to all the peoples visting the office.

The amalgamation of a lot of government offices. The Excise Department, Bakijai Branch, Nazarat Branch, Land records. Home to many ADCs and current DC, Pallav Gopal Jha, IAS. A very honest and helpful man. The building is decent, lifts fail to work sometimes, overall a decent development from the previous building.

It seems that the office is in immediate requirement of cleaning staff. Enormous amount of spider webs are visible in the building premises.

Many unauthorised shops have been set up along the road from Adabari to Jhalukbari flyover, then from Jalukbari Flyover to Boragaon and from Jhalukbari flyover to Brahmaputra Bridge . Seeing all this, why aren't you taking any action.
