I had a great experience at the Office of the Joint Director of Health Services. The staff were helpful and the services were well-organized.

The Staffs were really cooperative and supportive... received my aunt's death certificate from here in just 13 days after submitting the documents 🙏🏻

I visited the office this week twice for a registration certificate for the death of my mother. It's on the right way road near the commissioner's residence and the governor's tri-junction. Photocopy and tea stall(tea was 5☆) is available at the tri-junction for the needed. One has to visit the place twice for submission of the application form with 100 rupees fees, and then wait for a month or more to get the registration certificate - that is how the process is. The staff are helpful. Car and two-wheeler parking is available nearby.

The condition of the integrity of Staff there is totally worthless, according to my knowledge all Government offices are of the same kind in India, my father passed away at a Private hospital in Guwahati & we applied for a death certificate, my house is at at distance of 12 hours from Guwahati via train & for this work i had to travel to Guwahati three times, just to get a certificate, the Head official said it will be posted to my house address but the staff there is so worst, he took 200rs as a bribe to do it and wanted more as if it's our responsibility to give him money for our work, i was totally devastated and it nearly took month's to get a single certificate that too after giving all necessary documents

You will get all help here for applying or renewing or maintaining FSSAI registration and license. The staffs are helpful.

Good Service with Warm Behaviour

I used it for claiming birth certificate for my newborn baby born in Apollo Hospital. Turns out that all pvt. hospitals have different office to apply the certificate. For eg. Newborn in Pratiksha Hospital needs to apply in Hengrabari. & baby born in Apollo will have to apply in this office.
