Our experience with the service has been highly unsatisfactory. We frequently encountered system errors, and despite our efforts to renew our society's registration, our application was rejected after 15 days without any prior notice. Additionally, queries sent via email to the facilitator received responses containing only the word "nil." This lack of communication and transparency led to the rejection of our society renewal application. Our society, established in 2006, operates in support of orphaned children and is registered as a CCI in Tezpur. It is disheartening to witness the inadequacies in the digitalization process, which seems to be more of a media narrative than a functional reality. We strongly urge the responsible authorities to address these issues promptly and improve the service. As the online system has proven unreliable, we now plan to visit the office in person with the necessary documents to ensure our concerns are addressed. Update: We visit the office, and get to know the real issue, which was due to the software/login portal. The behaviour of the officials is supportive . -2 star for the low grade service of the system/portal software.

Everything Seems to have gone digital online so that's nice more power to the public..& although busy but nice response from staff helpful attitude...

It was not appropriate for an office.. non cooperative staff. And be careful of broker. The moment you enter the building you ll meet fraudulent people claiming and misguiding you. Be careful

This office is a corrupted one I applied for society registration by EODb portal twice but rejected twice for the third time I applied but no response till date.

People are lazy and usually on leave, no backup staff, small work but acting busy and greedy

Where is the new location?

In case of rejection of a application this office is not keen to reimburse the same.pathetic
