I had a very pleasant experience. The homestay was very nice, peaceful, and calm. There was no noise or vehicle horns outside, which made the stay very relaxing. I truly felt like I was staying at home. The place was also very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a day when I had urgent work in Guwahati. The room was beautiful, cozy and spotless, and I highly recommend the helpful courteous staff who stayed up till midnight beyond their regular entry timings without a single complaint. Felt like a home away from home. No matter the issue - they try to help you out immediately. Location is pretty good and accesible as well. Overall, a brief but wonderful stay - kudos to the staff!

Nivasa is the entire villa and I stayed in a single room with an attached bath named “Gratitude”, which was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The unique room names add a lovely personal touch. The hospitality was excellent, with prompt food and room service, and the overall ambience was calm and welcoming. A comfortable and hassle-free stay — I would definitely recommend Nivasa Homestay.

Good Cozy Room with comfortable stay. Peaceful environment. They also have a conference room for small meeting arrangement. Food quality is good and homely cooked. Budget for the room is at par. Will definitely recommend all . Kudos !!!

We celebrated my birthday at this villa on August 14, 2025, and it was the perfect venue. It’s an amazing place to host an event for family and friends. The entire villa is fully air-conditioned, which was a huge plus, and the living area is very spacious. With six bedrooms, a cool terrace with plenty of seating, and even a conference hall, there was more than enough room for everyone. The entire place was beautifully decorated and spotless. I was really impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. The staff were also fantastic—incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire event. I highly recommend this villa for any party or gathering; it truly made my celebration special.
