It's located at Fancy Bazar near Guwahati railway station How many times I have travelled till now, most preffered place I felt is Gurudwara, it's not the matter of Money that i can't afford hotel, but the matter is most secured, safest place of evertime . Even you can pray there and get Food at langar . वाहे गुरुजी खालसा, वाहे गुरुजी फ़तेह 🙏

Holy Sikh shrine , this Gurdwara Sahib building is more than 60 years old.It is located in fancy bazar , just 1.1 kilometers from Guwahati Railway Station. Free food is servef in langar { community kitchen} in afternoon and at night time. One can found peace and serenity while sitting in Darbar Sahib , while listening Gurbani.

A Gurudwara situated in Guwahati and in the Fancy Bazaar area.As it is a holy place I don't really wanna list the demerits but the place where it is situated it's not easily noticeable if you are visiting for the first time and non Sikh people are of no use if you want directions. On top of that it's very neat just like any Gurudwara and very peaceful and quite in the morning time. You must visit this place one day.

As a non Sikh, this Gurudwara was my first ever experience and let me tell you, I'm not a religious person as such but this place made me completed tuned in to Waheguru Ji. It is a clean, wide open area amidst the busy market(which might become noisy and chaotic sometimes). It is the oldest Gurudwara in Guwahati, dating back to around 109 years old. The moment I sat and closed my eyes and started feeling the essence of the place, a sudden urge of tears came out of me. I don't know how, why and for what reason those tears were for but I felt cleansed. Sikhism is such a beautiful religion with Gurudwara being a boon. And I think my experience is a testament to the review of how good it was.
