This is a small gym (one big hall/ one floor of the building) with all the equipment one needs... Except an elliptical cross trainer, (sigh). Otherwise, the two instructors guide you very well, and always teaches you how to activate the right muscle groups. The gym boasts around 200 monthly users and they take attendace. The prices are quite low for all the support and equipment (and new music) you get. 10/10 would recommend.

I was told to do 40 squads and a large number of steps on a first day as a beginner..so to me the trainer doesn't seem to be a professional
