LOVE STRONG GYM💪🔥! The trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. The community they have built at this studio is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Always have been a shy person when it comes to working out with other people but the vibes are something else. Will definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed 😉.

The gym is very welcoming to all. As my first gym, the couple of months since joining the instructors have been very helpful and the equipments and vibes are absolutely amazing. I can clearly see the results of self improvement. A must join gym if you want to start fresh or are planning to rejoin.
