My wife joined there recently. I want to share her experience which is not even an average one. First is that there are no floor trainers, 2nd the trainers that they have, they are mostly doing their own PT business. Initially she was guided with exercises but after 2 days the trainer asked for PT as those earlier 2 days was a trial for PT, but when my wife denied for PT then he stopped training her. I want to understand, if the trainers are hired by the gym then why only push customers for PT. And what about the ones who dont want a PT, they have to do on their own, without any support from the trainer as they are more on the PT side rather than doing their job. This is quite demotivating. This doesn't serve pur preference. And thats what she experienced.

Better and much fresher equipments than the big names like Gold Gym/ Cult Fit. If you are looking to get back in shape by personal training, get in touch with Pappu or Shibam who are the best in the business. Also if you are an aspiring bodybuilder, you will have exposure to many more competitions in and around North East to showcase your work. Not to forget, the kitchen is very pocket friendly and you can take care of your nutrition and dietary needs right there. They make it good to the taste buds as well. All in all a 10/10 as per my experience.

Everything good but the person opening the gym is never ever punctual. While admission they say gym opens 5:30am in the morning but in reality that person opens the gym at 6am - 6:15am - 6:30am whenever she wishes to. And owner is a very good person but he also doesn’t take this issue seriously

It’s totally Waste of money No cardio section No trainer for guidance staff are very rude, No excitement in trainers vibes like negative. Its better to go for universal iron or other gym they are far better than this place …! Trust me you will regret after joining

Best premium gym in Guwahati, but the location is very odd, it should be in Rehabari or paltan bazar or ullubari location! somewhere!

Good gym with proper equipment and have proper AC
