I stayed at the hospital for 3 days for my C-section delivery, and my experience was very positive. From admission to discharge, the care and service were excellent. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to help, which made my recovery much more comfortable and stress-free. The hospital maintained a clean and calm environment, and all procedures and medications were explained clearly. I felt well cared for at every stage, and my baby and I were constantly monitored with great attention. A very special mention to Sumitra & Anjana Baido, whose kindness, patience, and dedication truly stood out. Their support and compassionate care made a big difference during my stay, and I am extremely grateful to them… Thank you to the entire team for making my C-section delivery and recovery a smooth and reassuring experience.

If you want to have normal delivery with all the parameters and reports positive or good and without any complications then don’t go to this hospital …. Because they don’t have the time to do normal delivery….. and they will directly ask you to select the date in which you want to do C section (may be that’s the trend in many hospitals now a days specially for privates) and in case if you request for normal delivery they will give you option for induction… and that’s the second mistake I have done as I accepted it……..that’s my experience and I will regret going to Pratiksha hospital throughout my life and it gives me mental trauma post delivery and till date. But if you yourself want C section (which is considered normal but is not in my opinion) then they are the best professionals and you are in the best place. For me the best part in the hospital are the nurses and the staff…they are the sweetest.

Very good hospital with a clean and positive environment. The staff are polite, supportive, and well-trained. Doctors explain everything clearly and give proper attention to patients. Overall, the hospital maintains good hygiene, smooth management, and a calm atmosphere. A reliable place for quality healthcare.

The hospital overall is very good. The doctors are experienced, polite, and genuinely caring, and the medical services are well managed. However, my experience at the first-floor OPD reception was extremely disappointing. The staff there were rude, impatient, and lacked basic courtesy, even when dealing with an elderly patient. When my mother politely asked about the doctor more than once, the reception girls responded harshly and made unnecessary remarks that felt deeply inappropriate and judgmental. A hospital is a place where patients and families come with trust and vulnerability, and such behavior has no place here. I sincerely hope the management looks into the conduct and training of the OPD reception staff so the hospital’s reputation is not affected by a few ill-mannered individuals.

Wonderful experience. Dr. Jenny Deuri’s consultancy is very good. She is very professional, calm and knowledgeable. Above all empathetic and willingness to answer every question. Overall the hospital’s staff are very helpful too.

Parking area for OPD patients are almost not provided. The existing parking area is remained full all times. In addition to that front area of the hospital under private party who are harrassing patients a lot . Hospital authority should look after the vital issue of parking. Also follow up check-up is provided one time in 14 days only. Need to increase the frequency for better service. Others facilities are good.

Baby and mother care is satisfactory. However, the size of attendent bed is small, aroung 5.2 ft long. This may be replaced with a little longer ones (I am 5.11 ft and struggled to fit). Found some unexperienced nursing staff causing slight inconvenience but is satisfied overall. Every good thing has scope for better. All the best!

Excellent hospital with a peaceful and hygienic environment. The doctors are experienced and caring, and the staff is very cooperative. Everything is well-organized, and patient care is given top priority. Overall, a very good experience and a trustworthy hospital.
