DR BIBA RANI DEVI

Giving an honest review. I saw positive reviews on Google and consulted her for my wife's pregnancy. As told by others, she was not friendly but we continued as she was a senior doctor. She is old school and doesn't recommend ultrasound regularly during pregnancy. Consult with her if you want to go only for C-section as she will never go for normal delivery. She will always say there is a complication. This I have heard from her past patients after my son was delivered through C-section though me and my wife wanted normal delivery and the baby was very fine at the ultrasound report done at 37 weeks. However she said there might be complications and something bad might happen. She plays the mind game (most doctors in Guwahati do that). But her fees is the highest in Guwahati. Likewise her assistant and anaesthetist fees are humongous. Only doctors fee comes to about lac for C-section. Hospital fees are additional.

I personally didn't find her as human being. As doctor I don't know yet. After 11 days of first visit when I went her to show the reports 1.She was asking me why she advice for ultrasound. 2.I need to remind her about one report result, post that she added extra medicine for that. 3.Out of this 11 days she was not available for 7 days, due to my job profile missed next 3 days. But she was pointing it as my ignorance. Which was well replied.

If you check the doctor’s reviews, almost all the positive reviews were posted ¾ months back! That’s strange! Anyways, it’s for you to decide. My reviews have always been honest, impartial & unbiased. With this doctor, I can describe her approach as – cold, judgemental & unempathetic, with a flavor of rudeness. We consult a doctor during sickness. Sometimes an ailment can be traumatizing for both husband & wife. And I’m sure a doctor can offer more than just a prescription or medical tests - an empathetic ear can make so much difference. A doctor can be academically brilliant but practically all that matters is – how you make your service users (patients) feel. With growing age or sickness, sometimes it’s normal for a doctor to call a day off. But its not okay to be harsh to patients – especially when patients pay.

I have had multiple miscarriages earlier and other doctors could not identify the underlying cause. Dr. Biba Rani Devi got the right tests done and identified the issue and treated it to perfection. God bless her with happiness health and love always ❤️❤️

She is a very good n experienced doctor no doubt about it but she is very rude . I never got a positive behavior from her . Even if I am in pain n want to ask her that is it due to the treatment? Madam dosen't have time to response . Even if she is online n she sees my text still no reply this is not a way that a doctor should behave. Very arrogant.

It was my first pragnency and with all the happiness of being pregnant on the same time I was worried but once we met Dr. Biba Rani Devi she gave us much confidence with her positive and straightforward approach.

Dr Bibha Rani Devi has been a lifesaver for me. She has helped me through some challenging health issues, and I am so grateful for her expertise and compassion.
