Whenever I visited this doctor, I had to wait 3 to 3 & half hours. It seems like she was testing our patience. She doesn't value patient. She just went out from her cabin without any information & we had to wait. When I got chance to meet her after long wait she treated like she was in so much hurry. Most important thing, she is not following the serial number of appointment/receipt of patient waiting for her. Seems she prefer new patients not interested in patient coming for review/ follow up 😞

I personally found Dr. Runa Dutta an amazing doctor and a person. Very calm and composed with a polite behaviour. I was very much comfortable with her during my entire pregnancy visit. Me and my husband decided to stay with Pratiksha hospital only because of her and her way of handling patient. We had our baby girl in Dec,2022. She is now 3 months old.

I had my second baby after consulting her. Was trying to get conceived since 2016 and it was only after getting appointment with her this year I am blessed with a son.
