So I called this hair studio hoping to fix my hair issue without a hassle. They seemed clunky, with minimal staff and knowledge. I went in hoping they'd sort me out, asked them to match my hair look and colour, and Abhishek, the owner, agreed. They trimmed my hair and did a colour that failed miserably - took half an hour to colour the wick, didn't match my original colour. They finished at 5:30 PM, and another salon tried to fix it for 6 hours; I got home at 1 AM. I burned the wick - turns out it was synthetic hair. I went back yesterday, got my money back, and gave them a piece of my mind. They shouldn't have trimmed my hair without getting the colour right or checking with me 😤. I returned their product and told them to stop ripping people off. The guy had this smirk, like he thinks he can scam anyone 😒.
