They are helpful once they attend to you . But to get one of the service guys to check the bike that's a big task . They always have their hands full with one thing or the other. Overall experience is okay they just need more man power to attend the customers without having to wait.

Nothing was available after coming from showroom to service centre they suggest its just near by right side of the road but the distance was almost 2km and too interior place. Worst experience. Showroom people can even call and ask if the part is available or not but they suggest us to go yourself and ask.

My first impression for my bike duke390 was great,as the staff members were good to interact and the 1st servicing was too good .

Good service, though a little busy with the hustle . Come early in the morning if u want to get your vehicle serviced otherwise will have to wait in line for long time !

Very Good Service Centre. Helpful Just one thing, please provide a valid phone number in here. People from outside Guwahati needs to call first and enquire about open/closed or any parts availablity. It will be very helpful if anyone provides a valid number. Thank You

Worst Service KTM Bikes they will just allocate you here & there....in Guwahati only 2 Service Center are there out of which Six Mile don't have manpower & parts to accommodate the bikes so they refer us to Bamunimaidan where they don't accept the Bikes & say that already lots of bikes are there....where will we go KTM users. I will never buy a KTM bike for their Worst after Sales Service. Where will we go if we don't get a solution
