Worst service center, cheater staff , cheater management, I sent my scooter Ntroq for service they sold me AMC package for 1400 rs extra without my concern. And make a bill of 2800 rs total for just oil change when I told I don’t need the AMC PACKAGE, they told they cannot cancel and need to pay them extra RS 1400 rs . I will never visit the fraud service center again .

Very disappointing service at Hindustan TVS Service Centre, Jawahar Nagar, Beltola. I gave my scooter for repair for a starting problem. They initially said a part had been ordered, but since then, every enquiry is met with “We don’t know” or they disconnect the call. No updates, no follow-up, and highly unprofessional behaviour. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and we truly regret choosing this service centre and TVS as a whole

I was a bit reluctant to visit the servicing centre after going through the reviews . Got my two wheeler serviced and one Mr. Baruah turned out to be a nice gentleman and helped to get the service within reasonable time frame. They have a AC waiting lounge for customer. Did not get much inter actions with the mechanics though... Overall, it seems they have changed themselves... Happy to get good service.

Hi One of the wrost experience in the entire service, some employees are working for only there profit. Every time I called them- avi krta hu Sir fir koi response nhi, they are tooking charge for that which is not used in service. Very unsatisfied from service. If you want to know something you have to visit there, koi help nhi milta h call pr, They always said - Sir aap aa jao fir dekh kr batata, I went from jhalukbari to their service centre just to know mere bike ka parts available h ki nhi, jo ki phone pe v bta sakte the, they said yes we have that parts but when I reached there, I found parts are not available in their stock and will take 10-15 days. False commitments to the customer. O Customer service. Only working for profit. Don't waste your money at that place.🙏 @tvs you should audit the employee and their service.

Worst service centre of Guwahati... don't go there if you want to save your time and money...koi part available nahi hai yaha... service ke naam par sirf engine oil change Kiya jata hai.

DON'T COME HERE. WORST. SLOWEST. INEFFICIENT If I was allowed zero star, I would give that. Worst service centre experience. First they don't have parts but say that they do. I was asked to visit early so that servicing could be done at the earliest,but the mechanics are slow as hell. And their work is not even proper. Had to wait the whole they just to change two parts and servicing.
