Had a really smooth service experience at the RE service centre. The staff were polite, professional and kept me updated throughout. The work was done on time, and my bike feels noticeably better after the service. Clean workspace, quick delivery and overall reliable service. Highly recommended!..

Very good experience, today my 4th free servicing is done, and also visited many other R/E service centre but I like the 4acces center because of their behaviour. From the manager to Ground staff they all are know how to behave and I'm also happy with their services cleaning maintaining everything.

Third class service . The worst i have ever experienced . First there was no one at the help desk (i went there twice) . The washing was very bad . They messed up my clutch too

I did service on 19 January, 2026 at this place during my North East trip before entering Arunachal Pradesh. The security guard, S. Bhagat, was sincere and professional when a local person attempted to bypass my seniority. The entire staff was pleasant and explained things clearly. They are not greed to charge unnecessarily. Overall, the experience was better than my previous ones in Trivandrum, Bhubaneswar, and Aizawl.

Worst service i have ever received. Engine noise problem was resolved by engine head change but after service during riding my bike silencer pipe was fall down .

I would rate no star for this particular service centre. They don’t deserve even a star and to be called a service centre. From past 6 months they couldn’t fix an issue whereas we went somewhere else which is just a local mechanic and yea the problem was actually in control within few seconds the moment mechanic saw the problem. They are not skilled enough to be trusted. They will just waste your time. Useless bunch of people calling themselves as engineers , managers …….

had the worst experience of my life at 4 Aces Service Centre, Zoo Road. I gave my bike here for engine work, and they kept it for 3 to 4 months. ​Even after keeping my vehicle for a quarter of a year, they were unable to repair it. Every time I visited or called, they gave me lame excuses and kept dragging the timeline. There is absolutely no accountability or expert technical knowledge at this center. ​Eventually, I lost all hope and had to tow my bike to another service center to actually get the job done. It was a complete waste of my time, energy, and mental peace. They are highly incompetent and unprofessional. ​If you love your bike and want it in working condition, NEVER bring it here. They are only good at making excuses, not fixing engines. ​Total Failure. Avoid!

I had a very bad experience. First, one staff member came and asked about all the issues. We told him that this was the second service and the problems were chain lube, silencer noise, some loose screws, and the rear-view mirror which became loose after the first service done by this service center. But still, the issues are not solved. Their washing was also not clean. I told them twice to clean it properly, but it was still not done, and the polishing was the same. In fact, you can clearly see dirt on the bike even after washing and polishing. And please increase the salary of the security guard—he’s asking money from us! 😂
