Such a bad experience in buying this tvs jupiter 125 scooty I have bought a scooty just 1 month back and the scooty has so much problem in self service as well as in stand kick and there is no after sales service no response from anyone I have been using active from last 7 years I never faced such problem I Suggest people to never prefer tvs scooty or any product worst experience

If you are planning to take a scooter or bike on finance, don't take it from here, because the staff here offer loans with very high interest rates. I’m speaking from my own experience — when I took it, I ended up paying a total of 42,000 extra.Please check out other showrooms and compare offers before buying.Because just recently one of my friends came here to check, and I thought the offer here was good. They were offering him the same high interest rate too, so he was about to take it. But then he went to Narangi to check and compare the internet rate it was huge amount different from here so he bought it from naragai tvs showroom.Hind auto zone offer down payment 53000,EMI 2960 for 3yrs and the model is ntorq race xp total price on road 118000 from Naragai showroom down payment 50000,EMI 2630 for 3yrs and the model is ntorq race xp black Please make sure to check at another showroom as well, because these people only think about their own pockets — how to extract extra money from the customer. Service are not good .Much time than we expect . Not much focusing on work .

Staff is good.. but their mechanics r not well trained. They do lots of mistake. As my bikes wheels are not placed properly which makes too much chain sounds and my chain also destroy. And they charged more compare to other where i done my bike servicing before. So i don't recommend this place.. go for other service centre. Thank you.

They don't respect time. They promised 1Hr time and took almost 5 hours. Mechanics are good. But the centre needs to learn how to value customers' Time. Otherwise, there's no point!

Great delivery with Exchange offer... Must visit

I had a very bad experience. The service executive was very rude. I visited on 15/7/19 for servicing my Apache because I had a free servicing (AMC) card which has 3 free servicing. But despite of having my free servicing card they denied me to give free servicing and I was the behaviour was very bad.Is this the way you treat your old customers? The mechanic is good but the service executive is horrible
