My first experience as a customer in the Joyshree Dealership was awesome but regarding their Service Centre it's not that appealing. The waiting period they take for registering is too long even after someone had pre-booked for the same. The place was very difficult to identify for a new comer like me as there is not even a single banner or poster showing the place. The service staff was good anyways but better support & user friendly behaviour is more expected. The availability of parts and workers is fine though some utilities are missing for some high end bikes like RR310. My overall experience is not upto the mark and I think TVSM must look into the matter for developing the infrastructure and more user friendly staff behaviour as expected by a new customer. Unavailability of even the basic products for servicing and well trained mechanics were the main problem out here everytime. Sorry TVSM.

Do not go to this service centre....it is a pathetic service centre....they will just change the parts of your vehicle and will make money in the name of service.All staffs are behaving like a billion dollar Owner.Dosn't have common sense. Even they are not ready to listen to u .They will just good for nothing .A local mechanic is more knowledgeable then this place

Very bad service. They took the scooty for servicing at 10 am and returned me at 5 pm by saying that they are off for the day so you bring it tomorrow. That was the 1st servicing . Later on nobody ever contacted for servicing. Even after having 2 more free servicing in the 1st year then did not assist us on that. So overall it's the worst service center in the whole guwahati. I would never recommend anyone to even buy any vehicle from TVS joyshree because if this is the service been provided by the service center then better buy it from some other showroom rather than this

This is the worst TVS service center I have ever visited. On 20/11/2025, I submitted my bike for repair work and then I returned home. On 21/11/2025, I went to pick up my bike. When I reached there, i asked them to give me a test ride so that I could confirm whether the work had been done properly, as the repairs were done in my absence. But to my surprise, the cashier and service advisor said that only after paying the entire bill amount I would be allowed to take a test ride, and that it was their fixed policy. Now my question is: who in this world would pay the entire amount first before checking the repair work??

I had booked a service appointment at the TVS Service Centre, Rehabari, Guwahati, with Appointment No. 45154 for 28/10/2025. However, upon reaching the centre, I was denied service on the grounds that staff were not available. This caused me inconvenience despite having a confirmed appointment.

Everything is good. But I would like to say that in the cash counter the person should look at the face of the customer while talking.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service and behavior of the staff at your service centre. During my recent visit, I observed that the associates were primarily focused on booking AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) to earn incentives, rather than genuinely assisting customers. Unfortunately, this has resulted in extremely poor treatment of customers who approach them with accidental cases not covered under insurance. I visited the service centre at 9:00 AM for accidental repairs (on a cash payment basis), but until 11:00 AM, no one responded to my queries or provided any support. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism is highly unacceptable and frustrating. I expected a much better level of service from a brand like TVS, and this experience has been deeply disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not face a similar experience.

I went for servicing on 12/8/25 I prebooked & I reach about 12:30pm but i finished at 6pm I feel even if I come fast O late I'm the one who's gonna finish at the end but didn't say anything but when I was ready to move out I press the cell it's not working I tried twice thrice then a technician came & saw but he asked the one who did my Servicing approaching near & he tried but it didn't work at all i had to kick n start he said the battery is down but i can't take it cox before servicing it was all fine I never had a problem with it how after a servicing I can accept it, the lock near the brake handle is not working who will pay for it?? Who's gonna look after it??
