Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diganta's beautiful home! From the moment we booked, Diganta was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. The house itself was even more charming than the pictures – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. The location was perfect for a peaceful stay. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the lovely sitting area, the comfortable beds. It truly felt like a home away from home. Diganta went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had booked this homestay in advance for an event around the area. At the time of booking, we were clearly informed that cancellations would be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, the event was postponed and we had to cancel our stay. Now, despite their earlier assurance, they are refusing to process the refund. This is misleading and goes against what was promised at the time of booking. I would advise future guests to be cautious before making any payment. And to add that we cancelled only due to unforeseen circumstances. This is absurd.

Highly unprofessional and dishonest experience. When we booked, they clearly stated that cancellations would be refunded. The event we were attending got postponed because the local authorities did not give permission, so we cancelled. And they suddenly refuse the refund they had promised. This is nothing short of false commitment and a breach of trust. If a business cannot stand by its own words, it has no credibility. Strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and above all very quiet which is important in India. the owner is helpful and kind. I spent 3 days away from the noise of the city and I felt at home! I recommend to everyone!!Good room service, nice staff🫶love from tripura. (Agartala)

5 stars for the Excellent and friendly Host, Room and service. 4 starts for the location. The 100 mtrs long road to this apartment from the main road is a very narrow street and entry and parking of SUV's is tricky. There are nearby groceries available and also some food stalls. It's definitely worth the money you pay for.
