Collection O Six Mile Guwahati Formerly Hotel Gangotri

I had booked this hotel in Gangotri, but my experience was very bad. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and it was difficult to sleep at night. The AC was not working properly. On top of that, the hotel staff was not helpful at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the whole night, and there was no mobile network either And front desk Guy are so rude . Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel.

The worst hotel in this price range of almost 1.7k. I have stayed less budget hotels as well but this hotel is the worst of all. They don't give the basics like Water bottles, Internet, or towels. The bed sheets and blankets are dirty, wet and smelly. And above all the staff do not help in anything. Bathroom door lock was missing and TV is there for just show. Overall worst experience. NEVER BOOK this hotel.

Room is very small and cozy. According to room price is high. Booked through oyo. Room was clean, smooth check in. But the phone no given by was not correct.

The hotel manager/ front desk guy was drunk firstly Secondly there were not a single service person available, No water , no cleanliness, not even a single geyser was working in the entire hotel I checked in at 11 pm at night and early morning 9 am I checked out such was the condition of this hotel I advice never ever visit there atleast with your family or wife Forget about wifi n room service stuff n all Only mosquito stay there n thrive with some drunkers Even the room I booked was not available and they gave a small bedded room

Don't book this hotel.. they cheat with people. Staff are very rude with their cheap attitude. I booked a room at Rs.1650 but the condition of the room was very bad. AC was not working, toilet flush was broken. Be aware guys. They are fraud

There is no proper service at all. The rooms are very small, and the staff don’t listen to guests. After 10 p.m., they shut down the lift and only restart it when their staff wake up. I requested multiple times to keep the lift running, and they finally turned it on around 10:30 p.m. after several requests.

One of the most degraded hotel i have ever stayed in GHY The reception guy was very much rude without any reason The room was way too smaller than the pictures They charged for a complimentary water bottle We asked for mosquito refile but they gave us agarbatti They said you need to spend more to get a good facility Then what's the point of booking from OYO website ...

Awesome experience. The rooms and washroom are super clean and tidy. All amenities functioning properly. The hotel is in a prime location too. All in all had a beautiful experience. Hope they maintain the same level of quality and service in the future too.
