Downtuned Estrada : A Homestead Retreat

Great place to hang out friends for night outs. We had such a great time staying at Downtuned Estrada! The place was perfect for our group — the rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The open living area made it easy for everyone to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell a lot of care went into making the space welcoming. Would definitely stay again — highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Had visited 04 Airbnb during Gwahati trip but recommend this stay as the best one. Didn’t face any problem finding utensils or any other things whatever we needed. Ample utensils and cleaned were found. Felt like not away from home. The best Airbnb in gwahati as for my visit. The host and caretaker and a helper were very cordial and cooperative.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY ! Comfortable rooms. Good hospitality with warm welcome. Beautiful landscaping and facilities like Tent, barbecue music stage etc were available and we did enjoy a lot.

The rooms are decent but the host is absolutely pathetic,We were a group of 10 and stayed for 5 days ,Apparently according to the host our personal washrooms included with the rooms are open to the Host,His friends and the care taker as well.No sense of privacy,When we are paying for the rooms it is obvious that the washrooms are included as well and exclusive,They don’t clean the rooms or the washrooms ,The host invites his friends and throws a party in the garden which is exclusive to the rooms and they too use the same washrooms,Puke in them and the host raises charges to us for cleaning.Save your holiday and keep away from this place.
