Fairy Nest Homestay

Had a week stay for my Dad's treatment. The owner is very kind and loving. Complementary breakfast was served free of cost for the number of days we stayed. Excellent location to town and hospital.Very convenient. Rooms were well maintained with good facilties. Price differ as per room sizes. If you are looking for homestay, you should definitely contact this. 5 stars for everything ✨️ 💛

Very bad hospitality. There should be some basic hospitality to offer.. there was a rotten fish smell in all the rooms. There was only a single bathroom that too was not clean. U can see used cigarette buds all over the washroom. The plates and dishes were not clean. When asked for plate without washing, they gave us used plates. There was no privacy at all.. those men used to keep checking on us. They told us they will charge extra if we made the place dirty

It's an appartment building. **There's no lift, have only one option which is stairs. There's no food options you will have to arrange your own. Otherwise rooms are oky.

The hospitality was extremely poor. The owner constantly intruded on our privacy and showed no sense of courtesy. Despite our food being ready by 11 AM, he insisted that we vacate immediately and didn’t even allow us proper time to eat. We were forced to eat in a spare room without a table or chairs, and the plates provided were dirty with food remnants. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but the owner’s behavior completely ruined the experience. Remember certain things- 1. If you were so strict about timings, you shouldn’t have asked us to check in only after 6 PM when the check-in facility is supposed to be available from 12 PM. 2. Barging into someone’s flat (even if rented) without knocking or asking shows your upbringing. And FYI, lying on a sofa and kicking the sofa handle are two entirely different things. Please get your grammar together. 3. Not another room — it was a space beside your office with six plates for six people, which had remnants of food. Very welcoming. (Please get your grammar together x2.) 4. First of all, you gave no extra mattress. Also, customers always book the best facilities at the most affordable price. But in the case of your property, you should put up a warning sign that the room comes along with you as a complimentary gift. Thanks.

In this price it's best place for holiday. They also provide kitchen but it is little bit dirty so can't use the utensils. It's better if it will be clean. Other wise it's good in any aspects.

Price was reasonable,kitchen was too dirty,no lift,no one to carry the luggages to top floor,complimentary breakfast was provided but I think they gave leftover food due to which we had food poisoning....i forgot to mention that we were four poeple out of that we two had breakfast and two had not....if it was because of last nights dinner then we all should have food poisoning right???👎👎👎

As far as I can tell, you won’t find a better homestay in Guwahati than this one. It takes just 5–10 minutes to reach by rickshaw (around ₹50) from Paltan Bazar. We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The hosts were very friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean, with AC, TV, 24-hour water supply, and an attached kitchen. You should definitely book this with your loved once. They knocked on our door only twice—once to serve breakfast and once at 11 AM for checkout. Breakfast was delicious: 4 rotis with sabji and 2 boiled eggs. No other homestay provides breakfast like this. It's COUPLE-FRIENDLY and secure, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely book this place again—I've already planned to! The bathroom was also clean, and the view from the terrace was amazing. Highly recommend Fairy Nest Homestay!
