Stayed for 3 days at Fortune Tree Homestay and it was wonderful. The rooms were clean and cozy . The homemade food was top-notch, and the family was very friendly. Located in a quiet area, just a short walk to the main sights. Free Wi-Fi worked great. A perfect, affordable, and authentic experience.

The homestay was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Pratiksha Hospital. The host provided almost all necessary amenities, making it a home away from home! The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, but the host's warm hospitality more than made up for it. The host was very welcoming and responsive to my queries. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and were happy to help with any issues. I loved the homestay's cozy atmosphere and the host's warm hospitality. I highly recommend Fortune Tree Homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Pratiksha Hospital. You won't be disappointed!

This was my fourth stay at Fortune Tree Homestay, Guwahati, and once again it was a very comfortable experience. The homestay is consistently clean, well kept, and thoughtfully maintained. What I appreciate most is the peaceful environment — it’s away from the city noise, making it ideal for rest and a relaxed stay. The hosts continue to be warm and courteous. It genuinely feels like a dependable place to return to every time I’m in Guwahati. I would happily recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and homely place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Fortune Tree Home Stay in Borbari, Guwahati. The place truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The interiors were tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere was peaceful — perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed.

The owner is awesome and very helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. Kitchen has all the necessary stuffs. Prathiksha Hospital is 5 minutes of walk. You will have a good time, give it a try

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The room was cute, cozy, and had a very warm vibe—perfect for relaxing. All the basic amenities were available. The host was very kind and helpful. If you want to stay in this locality, you can consider it as a good option.

Value for money if you're alone or a couple, even a trio of friends, and want a clean, cozy place, which is a standalone part having AC, geyser, a small dining room with a sofa bed, and the basic amenities required alongwith the kitchen essentials to do your own cooking. A couple of minutes walk to the main road wherein the bazar area around Pratiksha Hospital has all you would probably require, while the roughly 15 min travel by road (this side doesn't have the city traffic thoroughout anyway) also felt seamless as I had work in Down Town University and my friends weren't getting such homestays nearby the University area. Had no issues with power backup, water, single car parking, etc., the landlady was quite congenial.

I recently spent two days at this homestay, it was very clean and peaceful, comfortable, well maintenance , and last not the least owner was very kind & helpful. Overall it was pleasant and memorable experience. This Home Stay Near Pratiksha Hospital.
