A very nice and newly constructed building with clean and well-designed rooms. The interior looks modern and comfortable. The staff members are very friendly and treat guests with great care. Room prices are quite reasonable — starting from ₹800 to ₹2000 — which is worth it for the facilities provided. The location is peaceful and surrounded by natural beauty, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Worst experience The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, constantly arguing with guests. The room didn't even have a proper door, just a curtain, offering no privacy. They charged extra for things they said were included. Avoid this place if you want a relaxing stay

This place is located in Ahom Gaon. Delhi public school is about 300 metres away. Royal Global University is very close. ISBT is about 1 km away. I stayed in the Assam type rooms. Rooms are well and good but need improvement. During night time i experienced a lot of mosquitos that is why I can't sleep properly. They provide a blanket but no mosquito net. The room price is also reasonable. Request to owner: I humbly request to the owner to provide a mosquito net since it's a one time investment like you provide blankets.

Don't book this place, very unhygienic and rooms has no ac, no tv. Plus the caretaker is very careless.
