Treebo Urban Oasis Inn, Sixmile

My stay at Treebo Urban Oasis Inn, Sixmile was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and key areas of the city. Overall, it offers great value for money with a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guwahati for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambience of the property was warm and welcoming. The standout part of my stay was the excellent service provided by Arup. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was assisting with check-in or offering local recommendations, Arup made the stay feel personalized and pleasant. Thanks to his professionalism and hospitality, my experience here was truly memorable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

Spacious and comfortable rooms that offer great value for money. The room provides all the essential amenities, especially given how affordable it is. The room was neat & clean, and the bathroom was extremely hygienic. While the restaurant could be improved for lunch / dinner options, the complimentary breakfast was tasty & adequately portioned. The location is another plus, as it's situated near the Sixmile area & within walking distance of the market area, yet away from the congestion of Paltan Bazar. Recommended. I would choose to stay here again in the future.

2 nd time stayed at this property. Basic room amenities have detoriated. Like the room phone was not working and so u have no way to contact the reception or the room service. Even on informing them they informed they cannot do anything. why give such a room. Also basic amenities like bathroom towels etc were missing. Overall an average place too stay

I stayed there on a weekend and I must say it's amazing experience. Rooms are absolutely neat and clean. Tea kettle available. Location is perfect. It's slightly in the street so very peaceful environment yet all shopping amenities at walkable distance. Parking available and parking is covered. In house restaurant available and tried Paneer matar andbit was awesome. They don't cook pre made food They cok fresh meal so at least give them 30 minutes. Last order they accept till 9.30pm but room service upto 11pm. Nice staff. Morning breakfast is okay.

Overall a good package considering the budget. Super clean and cozy. Well done Treebo. In the center of the city, easy to reach and all the amenities nearby. Should be your first option while choosing for a hotel in Guwahati city.

Rating: Poor The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was friendly. Treebo customer service is the one which is pathetic. The major issue is misleading room photos. The images shown under a specific room category display well-designed and premium rooms, but in reality, you may be allotted a completely different room that does not match the pictures or layout shown while booking. When questioned, they claim that the room images are subject to availability and refuse refunds or room changes. Any discussion with Treebo support is pointless, as they do not acknowledge the issue and provide baseless explanations like “structural design differences.” This feels misleading and unprofessional. Please be very cautious before booking and paying any advance. If you still plan to book, confirm explicitly whether you will receive the exact room shown in the photos. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel, especially if you are traveling with family, as this experience can ruin your stay

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The food was delicious and definitely value for money. The location is easily accessible, which made traveling around so convenient. A special mention to Manoj and Ali – their service was outstanding. They took amazing care of us throughout our stay and made us feel truly welcomed. Their hospitality really made a difference. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and genuine hospitality.
