I am writing to express my deep shock and disappointment regarding the abusive treatment I received from Dr. Krishna Das during my visit today. Having been a loyal patient for my baby’s vaccinations for over a year, I expected a level of professionalism that was entirely absent. Despite the hospital authorities confirming I was well within the visiting hours, the doctor accused me of being 10 minutes late and refused to listen to my explanation. My brief delay occurred because my 75-year-old mother went missing at the hospital gate, and I had to prioritize her safety before entering the cabin. Rather than showing empathy for a family emergency, the doctor used abusive language, calling me "don’t value her time in a rude manner” and an "irresponsible person" repeatedly. Her insistence that her 10 minutes are more valuable than the safety of an elderly woman is both arrogant and inhumane. This level of verbal local abuse and lack of basic compassion is unacceptable for a healthcare provider.
