The shop owner behaviour is bad if we don't buy from there than he uses slang

Owner was not very helpful and I had called and asked for an 8 ball pool set, he told me he had it and I could come get it, but when I reached I found out he didn't even know what an 8 ball pool set is. Very disappointed as I wasted a long time reaching this place as it is located in a very crowded part of the city
