After sales service is worst, the sales and service person work in combination to scam people. Because of printing problem they did not share the invoice and we can't remember warranty card filled and shared by them. Now they are smart enough to say we can't honor the warranty since it could be from any distributor. Now we are forced to buy the same motor which should be replaced within warranty at a higher price.

Their products have serious design and manufacturing issues. The top glass broke within 2 Months.

Good experience here.The service was fast.The staff was also gentle and polite.The service centre is closed on Wednesday.

Their products are good. However their standard of service needs to be improved. There is no appointment given for servicing. They call up suddenly and say they are in the area and are coming to do the servicing. I had requested them to come later in the week but to inform me at least a day earlier so that someone is present at home to let them inside. They replied that they can inform only on the day concerned as they have to do at least 4 to 5 services in the same area. Why is that the customers problem?

I have been using Caps Kitchen Chimney since almost 3 years now, and it's been a great decision that I've made so far. It's completely working fine as it did when it was new. Thank you Caps for making my life a lil easier. Completely satisfied with the purchase.

The worst aftersales service ever experienced. Technicians are illmannered so are the office personals. After 3visits for the same problem the issue is still not resolved. I have been a customer for last 10years now I am finally convinced to choose a different company. Please don't buy any products from them if u don't wanna buy extra Hassel in your life .
