We had a short but very comfortable stay. Good location as we wanted to be near the airport and in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff was very helpful. Break fast very good. A couple of good eateries a short walk out. Would come back for sure!

The homestay is very neat & clean, the attended is very polite and helpful. Loved staying at this place. Will definitely recommend this stay at a budgeted price.

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this property and strongly advise others to stay away. The staff was unprofessional, and the so-called owner, Vedant, was shockingly rude and lacked even basic courtesy. They charged me ₹400, claiming I didn’t check out according to their terms — terms that were never clearly communicated. When I questioned the charge, they began threatening me, saying if I didn’t pay, they would add another ₹1,000 for not leaving the room keys at reception — something they claimed is part of their policy, but which was never mentioned during check-in or stay. It felt like a trap to extract extra money rather than any kind of professional hospitality. To make matters worse, there are no nearby restaurants or food joints. Guests are left with no choice but to rely on the in-house food service, where prices are inflated and quality is average at best. Again, you’re left at their mercy. I’m not letting this slide — I will be taking the matter to the tourism department and pushing for their license to be reviewed or cancelled. Travelers deserve transparency, respect, and fair treatment — not threats, hidden charges, and poor service.

Very clean and excellent in everything. Unfortunately, the price is little bit on the upper side for the area. A day is 2.5k and no inhouse food...That's why 4 star. Otherwise, it's really good.
