I was there with my husband and we had a great experience. It’s a Beautiful, luxurious hotel , bustling , lively and grand in every-way , the-rooms on the hilltop have lovely view with lots of greenery, and with birds chirping . The rooms are huge and comfortable, it has Wifi and good mobile connectivity. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. They have a spa we did the deep tissue massage and it was a great experience . The restaurant has a lot of variety in food and it is good. Above all, the staff, be it reception, room service, restaurant or security all are polite, helpful and eager to serve. It is worth the money you pay for your stay.

We recently stayed at Mayfair Spring Valley Resort, and it was truly one of the most amazing and wholesome experiences we’ve ever had. 💛 It was my birthday, and the team made it extra special by surprising me with a birthday cake and candles sent directly to our room. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us! They even upgraded our room as a birthday surprise, which made the entire stay feel even more memorable. The property itself is incredibly peaceful and calm — the perfect getaway if you want to relax and disconnect. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean. Everything felt comfortable and luxurious at the same time. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff members were extremely friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We also had a wonderful spa session where Modhusmita and Jessica took care of us. They were highly professional, friendly, and made us feel completely relaxed. It was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had — we walked out feeling refreshed and stress-free. Overall, it was a truly special experience for us, and we’ll always remember this birthday celebration with so much happiness. If you’re looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape near Guwahati, this is definitely the place to be. ✨

Stunning architecture, sprawling greenery, and tranquil, natural surroundings. Food was very delicious with a multi-cuisine restaurant available. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. Rooms were properly cleaned and all amenities were fantastic. Very calm surrounding with lush greenery and far from city rush. Its a worthy stay here.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mayfair Resort Guwahati! The rooms were spacious, elegant, and had a breathtaking view of the surroundings. I indulged in a rejuvenating facial with Miss Shilvia, and it was absolutely blissful. My husband also enjoyed his head massage with Miss Pranita, and he couldn't stop raving about it 😊. The food at the resort was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we'd highly recommend Mayfair Resort Guwahati for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Mayfair Resort in Guwahati is a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy some peaceful “me time,” even though it’s located a bit away from the main city. Each villa has its own unique lobby design with a lovely Indian aesthetic. The staff there are genuinely well-mannered—especially the receptionist, Anusree. She was calm, gentle, and truly beautiful, handling everything with a warm, sweet smile. The resort’s serene atmosphere and lush greenery make the whole experience incredibly relaxing. We were also shown around the property by Protyusa, a trainee who guided us effortlessly in both Hindi and English. I honestly thought she was a full-time staff member because of how confident and professional she was. Overall, it was a wonderful and refreshing stay.

If someone came across a lot of money suddenly and has no idea of the hotel industry, that's this Mayfair Spring Valley Resort. Do not mistake this for other Mayfairs, they're great. I went for a walk at 6 in the morning and there was no peace at all; staff vehicles (fossil-fuel powered) continuously moved up and down the resort premises. It was as if I was out in the streets and not in a resort. Then to go to the resort we called for a buggy (expecting an electric buggy) and a dirty smelly tourist taxi arrived to take us to the restaurant. And the restaurant? A slight hint of stuffy smell prevailed and the staff was as if randomly picked to do waitering with no training at all. We wanted to have Oats and the person serving us had no idea what it was. Resort looks great, beautiful, aesthetic but ill maintained.
