Extremely disappointing experience. We were made to wait nearly 2 hours after being seated, and when we finally asked about our order, we were told the food would take another hour to be served. There was no proper communication or consideration for our time. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave without eating anything. Poor management and unacceptable wait times completely ruined what should have been a simple dining experience. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely.

I have never been to a worse place than this one. Each person must pay an entrance fee of 100 rupees. I paid 200 rupees to enter, and I was allowed to leave after 20 minutes. Because of how filthy this place is, nothing can be done here. I have never been to a worse place than this one. There aren't any benches or seating areas in the outdoors. I'm sitting in a room with a fan right now, and I asked the security guard to turn it on, but he said he didn't have any current. Why are they charging 100 rupees apiece for no reason? I'm quite dissatisfied with this place. drove for almost an hour and a half and got in for nothing with 200 rupees. Additionally, the security guard informed me that he was unable to return the 200 rupees when I asked for a refund. People came here to visit, so please don't take their money when you gave them nothing.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It was clearly not my day. I’m providing a live review to highlight how disappointing this establishment is. I arrived at the location—Lai Mou Toom—on June 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Despite its appealing name, the restaurant fails to meet even basic expectations. The air conditioning was non-functional, and the premises had a strong, unpleasant odor. The service was abysmal. We had not received our starters even by 2:00 PM. Asked for 'Thumps Up' but gave us 'Sprite' without ice, that too without even asking us. There was no sign of the main course. Upon inquiry, the staff repeatedly responded with nothing but “30 minutes more,” showing a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. The surrounding park, cottages, and the overall facility are in a state of neglect. The place feels deserted and poorly maintained. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone visiting Guwahati. It is an emphatic NO from my side. Don't waste your time and money here. The menu is damn expensive with zero taste. PATHETIC

Good place for a staycation of you liked the quiet. It has a big playground for the kids. For adults, it's the perfect hideout.

Staff people are good. But need mantainence as rooms are very old and some linens having strains also. Very peacefull location. Food quality also good.

It was a really bad experience—the staff was very slow, most veg items weren't available, it took 1 hour to serve lemon soda, and when I asked them to hurry up, they were laughing.

I want there for a quick escape. it was nice & quite. easy to find and the road that led there was also very beautiful,greenary.there are rice paddy fields in side of the roads.the place is really big..you can roam around & sit there for hours with your loved once.beautifully maintained..food was also good.there were some people playing cricket we also enjoyed that..overall it was a great place to hangout and take a break from everydays busy crowded city life.❤️I would love to visit again..
