Worst Experience. Delux room 2800 /- plus tax but no amenities , is unthinkable . Even the towel , soap provided only one for two ? . electric kettle requested. No tea,sugar , toiletries , mineral water . Water not passing through the outlet . Inhouse Restaurant closed . Nearby no food stall except one food court near the station . Rooms are not cleaned , toilets , basin etc are not cleaned for long time . We had to wait to get our room readied . still full of mosquitoes .

It is good. The location, people and restaurant at ground floor is good.Its specious. I stayed two nights with family. But if they sell Assam tea (with reasonable price) then most of tourists will buy it.

Experience is good.. I travelled here alone..there is no issue about safety.. may be toilet should be cleaned more or may be not.. most vital point is that it is at walking distance from station and customer friendly hotel cum restaurant.. the restaurant food basically the happy hour meal was very delicious 😋

I stayed with family in 2nd May But it was worst experience. It's a ASSAM Tourism property at prominent place. Rooms are in pathetic condition. No regular cleaning. Linen , towel are also torn condition. No hot water in both rooms 304,306. No channel on TVs I will recommend for immediate repairing of rooms.

Not so good. Franchise Restaurant is there but service is not upto the mark. Foods are not available all time such as breakfast is not available. Hotel service is not upto the mark. Except location of this hotel is excellent. Its near to Guwahati Railway Station and different tourist places .

Staying at Prashanti Lodge, Guwahati (ATDC) was an absolute disaster. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that this place is a neglected mess. The blankets were torn and barely usable, the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and the entire room reeked of poor maintenance. The waterlines were leaking everywhere, turning the bathroom into a swamp. Zero upkeep, zero hygiene, and zero professionalism. To make things worse, the so-called restaurant is a joke. They didn’t even bother serving breakfast, leaving guests to fend for themselves. The staff seemed completely indifferent, as if they had given up on running a decent lodge. This place is a disgrace to ATDC’s name and an embarrassment to Guwahati’s hospitality scene. If you value your comfort, hygiene, and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dump !

In an excellent location, this property is showing is age with rooms crying out for renovation.
