This place is very nice for staying and spending some time . I really enjoyed alot with my friends and want to visit it again . Had a nice time spent here full of good memories. Very clean and healthy enviroment.

The place mainly for events like a birthday party or any function But if you are thinking for family lunch dont forget to call them from 1 2 hrs before because there restaurant is mostly empty and food preparation takes long time

Disappointing and horrendous experience I recently had the misfortune of hosting an event with my family, and I must say that the service was utterly disappointing. Despite the beautiful surroundings and amenities, the staff's attitude and service left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue we faced was with the food service. The staff seemed hesitant to serve us with adequate amounts of food, and when we asked for refills or extra portions, they seemed put off. It was as if they were rationing the food, which was quite frustrating. But what was even more shocking was that they had the audacity to charge us for a dish that they never even served! We were stunned when we saw the bill and realized that we had been overcharged for something we never received. To add insult to injury, when we brought this to their attention, the staff seemed completely unapologetic and uninterested in resolving the issue. It was clear that they were more concerned with getting us to pay the bill than with providing good customer service. Overall, I would not recommend [Resort Name] to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The poor service, inadequate food portions, and blatant overcharging make it a resort to avoid. Tips for improvement: - Train staff to be more attentive and responsive to guests' needs. - Improve food service by providing adequate portions and refills. - Review pricing strategy to ensure it's fair and transparent. - Take customer complaints seriously and make a genuine effort to resolve issues. I hope the management takes these feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for their guests.

One of the worst place I have ever being too. People should avoid this type of place. I booked a AC deluxe room for 2k and to my surprise when I opened the door cockroaches we moving everywhere around the bed and bathroom window pane was broken a clearly visible from outside, so i decided to upgrade my room to suite room, it's a bit costly but i thought of safety and hygiene. To my surprise the same goes with the suite. They have added one extra bed as a suite room and nothing else. Everywhere were cockroaches and shower was broken in suite as well as the window pane was broken. Someone can easily make videos from outside. Totally worst experience. I think the owner should stop the hotel business or maintain the rooms run it nicely as he is not paying for us. If we are paying we should get full facility It's should be name as lodge from paltan pazar or 'kothi'.

I loved the place. Very close from National Highway, a very silent place to spend quality time. Sufficient space and infrastructure for conference, meetings, marriage or any other events. Foods are very tasty and staff is well behaved.

Don't go by the photos...You will get nothing like that..Zero for hygiene..There were cockroach moving in the room and the side table. The ambience was good but it's a total waste in the hands of present management...Not recommended...You will get far better place in a good location in the same price.
