Hope the doctor reads this review. In a good faith/will/hope I sent a known patient of my own. You prescribed OHA containing SGLT-2 inhibitor , no doubt this drug plays great role in improving CVS profile of our patient. But plz consider its notorious potential of causing UTI. My patient contracted very resistant strain only responding to phosphomycin and ciprofloxacin. Somehow, he got cured after 2 weeks. Now, he is having recurrent UTI. Its all because of that OHA. There are many other OHA which will equally work better/equivalent. I dnt know whether you have got this feedback from other patient or not. But, its really painful on patient's part. Please consider before writing this composition. We are the worst sufferer. The agony and pain he faced is nothing in front of improving glycemic profile of our patient.
