POS machine fraud. This dealer is using a POS machine with the name BL Gas Agency, Guwahati which falles in the category of utility biller merchant, where as the merchant actual category is retail. I have used my card to pay & i was charged extra surcharge on my payment. Jaiswal ji, if you can't handle the card processing fees, stop using the POS machine, but don't cheat people by fraudulant means. Using a POS machine registered as BL Gas Agency, Guwahati at BL trade agency (excide battery showroom) is illegal & against the bank's merchant agreement. I will raise a complaint this to the bank & the competent authority. Also you raised an invoice where you have not mentioned the exchange value of the old battery.
