I had booked two rooms for 3 days, and that too 4 days before check-in. I was even ready to pay some advance, but they refused to take the advance and gave me a receipt for the booking. I thought, okay, I will give the amount after check-in. But I never imagined that these people would do such a thing. When I was checking in with my family 3 days later, I came to know that the room I had booked, they had already given it to another guest - that too without informing me. Think how foolish these people are. Even the phone number they gave us wasn't functional. Worst experience.
