A good health care centre, reliable one stop clinic where diagnostics and doctors available as per need. But waiting time may be modified.Thanks for continuous effort, wish for more development

Actually no information is available here. They are completely clueless about the reports and teleconferencing part. The employees have no sense of urgency and make patients wait for hours before revealing that they can't help and have no access to Apollo Chennai in any way. It is a franchisee with local doctors. There was one fat arrogant lady who kept on arguing without any reason.

So irresponsible management I have ever seen .. I took an appointment, upon reached came to know that Dr came but left and Management didn’t even bothered to inform the patients who booked.. I travelled 30+ KMs to reach just to know that Dr left.. Cannot expect and tolerate such management that too from a brand like Apollo

I took my wife for re-check up Dr tanmai Saikia Das gynecologist but again they are asking for money,why should we pay extra for re-check up they are just looting public money not doing treatment for patients,one of host is speaking very rud I dnt know her name ,we are the customers how can they speak us like that,

I have been doing blood tests for myself nd for my family since many years from many different places but never faced any situation like this, but for the first time I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service provided by the Apollo Hospital bora service and the staffs, as because I am suffering badly from the past 5 days so I visited apollo hospital for my regular checkup and to what exactly is going wrong with my health but when they tried to test my blood, they injected the syringe so badly that it went inside the main muscle for which I became senseless… Nd at this point of time I became quite more weak that, I hardly can talk to someone properly… I am truly not happy with the service
