My sister was detected a cervical cancer (stage 1) for which she has to undergo through Radiation follow by lower dose of chemotherapy because of recurring. Even after taking chemo the wound was not healed nor spreaded so after deliberation doctors decided to take operation. I humbly accepted thinking Doctors advised will be best to heal my sister now after operation was successful Doctors declared my sister is completely healed and cancer free but the story doesn't end here...after operation she started complaining abdomen and thigh pain so we reported the doctor seeking their advice but the doctor said it is because of operation and suggested us to take only painkiller everytime we came back for seeking their attention. Lastly they took lots of test like...Ultra sound, CD scan and biopsy and declared now...it already 4 stages cancer. No words to say. With lots of expectations we came BBCI but now we the family loss our best sister who have 3 kids. After which I started inquiry about BBCI but to my surprise the most trusted hospital for cancer turn out to be the killer hall for cancer patients. So, with my own experience never take decision to go BBCI for cancer treatment ofcourse charges in all are cheaper there but if you want to safe your dear one never choose BBCI especially those stage 1 or tumor, Out there Doctors are very smart in turning tumor into stage 4 cancer. They took 2 years and 4 months to turn tumor into stage 4 cancer. Thankyou Gynecologist for killing my sister. Rating from Nagaland.

Most of the services at B. Borooah Cancer Institute are excellent. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are truly professional and caring. We are grateful for the treatment and facilities provided here. However, one issue I would like to highlight is with Counter No. 20. Patients and caregivers often have to wait for 1 to 2 hours in long lines, and even after that, the process is quite slow and sometimes incomplete. This causes unnecessary stress and delays in treatment processes. I sincerely request the hospital administration to please look into improving the efficiency and responsiveness of Counter 20, as it will really help many patients and families. Apart from this, the hospital is doing a great job. Thank you.

Best experience within the hospital the doctors and nurses specifically in the stoma clinic with the sweet behaviour of the sister. Thanks to Dr. Shivaji Sharma and his team thanks to the management team and lastly one thanks to the palliative team.

The doctor’s behavior is very kind and respectful. They treat patients as individuals, not just cases. I visited once for a consultation with the medical oncologist and had a very positive and pleasant experience.

Patient condition is not that good, because of not having foods properly, pt abdomen is distend Stoma care clinic sister Y. P was good as she make us understand and care alot.

Dr.s behaviours are really good... Nurses are very good ... But some other stuffs behaviours are ... Very rude .. i didn't expect that... otherwise hospitality is ok.. but ... i think it will be more better.... And i hope that ( some rude staffs ) please change your behaviours......

The staffs are the rudest i have ever seen in my entire life. Specially the assistant outside room 109. Nobody wants to go to hospital but circumtstacne make us go there and these people abuse our helplesness. Please dont go to this hospital unless you are rich and can procure private treatement. The moment you are a grneral patient they will treat you like a slave.

Bhogeshwar borah my uncle got operated on 16/11/2023 , patient is alright and he is doing very well. I am fully satisfied by BBCI guwahati
