Jeevika Employment Services

We reached out to Jeevika for childcare help. They took all the fees from us and gave us someone who said they can't take care of children and will do housework only. We decided to try her anyway for 2-3 days. Then this lady came home and said she won't do dusting or anything else because that's not her job. She kept complaining that she lives very far and it's sooooo inconvenient for her to come all this way. Anyway, due to so much resistance we decided not to even try her further because the environment she was creating was very poor and not doing a good job. I am surprised how poorly they are trained from Jeevika. Extremely poor quality of people were provided by them who refuse to do basic tasks. We reached out to Jeevika who refused to refund us any money (they charged a lot of fees). I don't think I will be working with them.. be careful when you work with them because they will charge a lot of money upfront and not provide good quality care. They also said they will provide a replacement and since then have not provided anyone. I think this Ngo wants to make money and not truly help their clients

Worst service. Please read all reviews before taking any maid from this Agency. Unprofessional maids and once they leave they won't be able to provide maid for months and the one they provide will increase your worries rather than helping you. Staff will listen to you but cannot slove. Also there is replacement fee for new person if the previous person leaves after working for 3 months.

probably the worst service by a NGO. They took 4750 as registration and provided a highly unqualified maid for my home who ran away just after a week. They promised me immediate replacement for which i had to wait more than a month. They never update me about any information as i have to keep continuously call them time by time. Very poor response from them and thoroughly unprofessional behavior. Government and concern authorities to check these irresponsible NGOs and keep an eye on them as they are fooling people.

Worst service I received from them,they can’t even provide any kind of house help whether it’s full time or part time. If they provide also they lie that they are professionals and skilled but actually they are not. They will say they will give you replacement within a week before registration once you are done with registration they can’t even provide a single skilled house help. I’m not recommending this NGO.

I had availed services from this esteemed agency in the month of June 2023 after doing proper registration paying Rs.3500/- with the promise that they will provide another helper if the one they have provided discontinues. After 6 months I wanted a change. This agency till date could never give me any replacement. Repeatedly i have reminded and pleaded to them to give me a helper but they flatly refused telling that they cant find anyone. My question is that if you do not have proper arrangements why do you lie to people that you can provide helpers and give replacements as well and can you tell me why should we pay so much of registration amount if you all are not capable to help out in need? And now this agency has totally stopped calling me forgetting that they have taken so much money in the name of registration with the promise that they will give a replacement. They are very unprofessional and do not respect their own terms and conditions. Anyone taking services from them do at your own risk. My experience is nothing but bitter! I waited so long for a response from them...and now after waiting 7 months i feel it is my duty to put up an appropriate review. Thanks!

jeevika Employment Services providing me maid services in Very Highly and efficient manner since last year.I appreciate the service in a professional manner.Though the working behavior of every individual maid differs subject to every individual maid but the care of the Jeevika Employment Sevices is highly appreciated. Specially Bismita ma'am quick response and care and regular calls , I will b always greatfull to this NGO as well as Bismita. They helped me in my every situation demanding vacuum conditions too. My past experience of last service providing NGO was pathetic but Jeevika Employment Sevices till date providing their services in a very highly efficient manner. Thank You As on 2024 November Standard of service is declining....long waiting period for full time maid...50days completed without full time maid when 3months baby is at my home....Lts see
