I would not even give it 1 star. HORRIBLE service and customer care. I have still not received my bed sheets and quilts after several months. The dry cleaner was shut with no prior notice and no one has been responding to calls ever since. I haven’t received any of my belonging yet. This is TERRIBLE! Very IRRESPONSIBLE! Duping customers!

I am highly disappointed in your service. After using your service for over a year and recommending it to my colleagues your delivery team has doubt whether payment will be done or not. I think you should check my records and see the total amount of business given to you. Due to that reason my clothes were not delivered yesterday. I will switch back to UClean since even though their prices are more, their customer service is better.

Mycleaners are the biggest frauds in ghy now. They took our comforter worth 10000 and just easily replace it with a cheap used blanket when i got the delivery of my comforter, the delivery boy said that the challan no was the same in this used one as that of my receipt. After an aurgument of half an hour and showing them an old picture of my comforter they took back the used one only. But he just gave me a brain stroke by deliver that old dirty blanket. I wonder what happened if i dont have a picture of my own comforter. They are trying to loot us. Frauds. Please dont trust them. Please dont use their service though. They are frauds. Worst service i have ever experienced.

I have been a coustomer since the opening of this store, Earlier they used to Give good service…but Now a days, Worst kind of service they provide…Don’t even clean clothes properly …They have runied my office uniforms

Very sad , rate is too high compared to service..they don't care the given cloths , they have broken my jacket chain....will not recommend....think before you give any clothes to him....

Poor service not clean properly my jacket . Better than this, I cleaned it self at home with warm water and soap

It took them over 2 weeks to get my clothes and weren't responding to calls.
