Very unprofessional NGO making false promises. Took their service 2 months ago and employee took 15 days leave during the first month itself due to some problem. I called them up for immediate replacement as I am a working person but they made fake promises day after day saying new caretaker will soon takeover the responsibility. But no replacement was made till 15 days and I managed totally myself to look after my baby inspite of managing workplace. During my difficult days, after failing to provide new caretaker no phone call was answered and even no reply to the messenges. Bad experience....

An organisation with no professionalism. While I called them,they had informed me that after the joining of the person only(after one day trial period), they will take the registration fees. I paid the registration on the joining day of the employee,but the employee did not show up. While I requested them for the refund of the joining fees,they gave me another employee who is worthless and I refused to employ her.I asked them about the refund informing them that I will register when I get the employee. They could not give the maid at that time and refused to refund also. Their logic is now they will take the registration first,and will provide the maid whenever they can which is quite opposite to what they had promised . Don't trust them, the business which can not earn the trust of customers is urban we livelihood. Forget about the professionalism of their employees, they themselves have any professionalism.

Very bad service.. they never RCV call whenever we needed.. employees are very unprofessional ,.the employee they provide us was absent 15 days in a month.Totally waste of money .

Fraud alert! Will provide you good service till you pay the registration fees (non refundable) and once the fees is paid in 4-5 days, immediately the domestic help will go away. Then they simply won't receive your phone or will connect with different people with extremely false words. Please don't fall for this trap of Urban we livelihood. Worst experience of service industry so far.

The service was very good. The employees are professional and very skilled. Overall it was a really good experience and would recommend.

Worst worst worst.....dnt go to this agency.. ..if u want to see hell.. experience them...no more to say...m badly cheated

You people are not responding to any calls . The we have been asking for 24 hours male servant but you people have a lady servant who doesn’t know to cook , lives unhygienic. Very unmannered . Every single time she starts crying like any thing . It seems like we are working for her in our own house. Your employees are not responding properly one of your employees started blaming us saying you people are not handling her properly, since last 15 days we are chasing for replacement but every time they say we are looking for it it will take 2 days and still we are getting the same reply every time. You have taken 5000/- in advance and now you are not helping us in this situation.
