My friends had a terrible experience with Assam Properties. They made fake promises about a smooth relocation, but there were numerous issues once they moved in. Now they’re not helping at all and have already taken the brokerage fee. It feels like a complete scam. Save your time and money—look for a more reliable broker or real estate agent. Avoid Assam Properties!

I have no option left but to write a review for the reader, who will probably already be be in the mess at the time of reading this. I used the help of the already mentioned brokers to find a flat that seemed fine, but was only clean from the surface and was pathetically roach infested, their intent to help was also superficial. They will tell you that they would help you with whatever they could do, but they won't. I have been left 30 thousands poorer in a less than half a month even after spending only a night in the flat. Save your time and money go somewhere else!

One of the most unprofessional tolet service in the entire city, They wasted my time they donot understand the value of time and money, they took money from me i dont want to mention the amt. But a gd sum of money( a rent of 2bhk) never got a room and my money back. Kind of a fraud tolet service. Some of the gd reviews thar you see are by the owner himself. Never ever go for this service.

Very unprofessional. Thoroughly disliked their work. Once they had the money in their account, they left us for dead. They did not pay the owners the security amount initially. Then after very long they paid half of it. Lies lies and more lies. Please save yourselves the headache and go elsewhere.
