DTDC- GUWAHATI

Just now I called on the number given in the Google as a customer.First the staff asked ki what's ur requirement?...then I told ki my parcel is not getting delivered for more than 2 months...then he suddenly cut the call...and inspite of my repeated call he was repeatedly denying my calls.... pathetic service by DTDC and pathetic response by DTDC....no professionalism....they act like wrong doers..bcz they cant face off their actions...I mean what they do with ppls money and valuable stuff...worst logistics service provider...not going to use dtdc any further...nd won't recommend anyone including my office staffs , Family or friends. They just know how to steal ppls money and mentally their harass customers.worst.

Very poor service. Urgent parcel not delivered on time. Proper response from customer care and call center not received. No support. Store person have no idea of delivery date. False commitments with no responsibility. Please avoid .

Nice service ... Well mannered persons....Located just opposite to gauhati commerce college, chandmari... My experience was good.. I got my product delivered next day.. Overall good experience..

Doesn’t pick calls. No updates. Been over 10 days without any update. Don’t use their services

U manner employees n dont want to take any responsibility its more than 24 hours my good didn't reach Guwahati when i ask to thm their answers is unsatisfied n unhappy with there service 1st time i use this courier but unsatisfied

We were in Guwahati in mid February. We had purchased some wooden articles & wanted to send the same by courier. We googled DTDC couriers & called the branch on RG Baruah Road. The person who answered the call was very helpful & guided us to the branch. Sushant and Nabojit very efficiently packed the items & we are happy that the parcels reached us in Pune in good condition. Thank you & keep up the good work !
