I would advise all of the musicians to not buy from this shop. Found shopkeepers have no knowledge on instruments, excessive prices and your items may get stolen in that area. I went to buy an guitar and my helmet got stolen right in front of the shop where people are loitering here and there. I don’t know how! Anyways, better you buy online, at least you will get at reasonable price and have an option to return or exchange.

I recently purchased a Radel Milan Plus from this shop for ₹9700. When I checked the product at home, I noticed that the MRP section on the product box had been scratched or cut with a sharp object. This made me feel uncomfortable about the transparency of the pricing. Although I received a bill for the full amount, I personally feel this is not a good practice. Please check everything carefully before buying from this store.

The worst store.cheats people with the prices. I got a duplicate signature acoustic guitar here at 3500 . And later found out it's actual price was 2500 at a nearby store . Please visit as many store as you can before entering this pathetic cheating shopkeepers of GALAXY store.

I had an absolutely obliterated guitar and they made it as good as new. Absolutely great service for repairing instruments.
