Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and check what they are being served versus what is advertised. I placed an order after referring to the menu displayed at the store. The menu clearly shows a full-circle (360°) ice cream sundae. However, what was delivered to me was only a half (180°) portion of the sundae (image attached). When I questioned the staff, I was casually told “aisa hi aata hai”, which was both unprofessional and misleading. This amounts to misrepresentation of the product and overcharging the customer — in simple words, daylight robbery. To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint through the customer helpline, they didn’t even bother to respond, clearly demonstrating the brand’s lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.

I loved this outlet. I often visit at night time to have an Ice Cream. The staff was polite and patient. The place was clean and polished as well. They give 31% discount on purchase of ice cream 🍨worth ₹500 or more on 31st of every month. The flavours are different from any ice cream 🍧place. Would definitely love to visit again. ❤️

The atmosphere is too ossum.. 😄 Everytime romantic songs 🎵nd other songs r also played at the background 🎶 Each nd every items on the shop tastes so yummy 😋😋 specially I ll prefer the Lotus biscoff flavor nd the butterscotch flavor ice creams. 🍨 The behavior of the staff is also polite ❣️nd he behaves very well to customers 😊 overall the experience was nice 👍😊
