Sunset View Beltoli

Visited this place today and found it calm and pleasant, ideal for photos and short videos. Despite the name Sunset View, this point actually faces east, so the sunset is not directly visible from here. Because of this, the location seems more suitable for sunrise, which should be beautiful from this spot. There is a nearby area at a slight distance from where the sunset can still be viewed to some extent. Access is best by two-wheeler, as the road leading to the viewpoint is extremely steep and inclined, which can be difficult for cars. Overall, it’s a peaceful viewpoint, but visitors should come with the right expectations regarding the view and road conditions.

Not a tourist place. You can go there with your own food and stuff. The place is not very clean.

A great viewpoint of almost the entire Guwahati. One can see the Barsapara stadium and on clear days the Brahmaputra river as well. It offers captivating views both during sunsets and sundown. The final stretch of road is a bit tricky and would get difficult during monsoons. Locals here are friendly who are ready to guide you.
