I agree the view is great and all but it's not all safe as most of the time it's occupied by alcoholic and stoners... You may visit but i recommend not with girls it just don't give you the safe vibe.

Nice place for a proper view of Guwahati city and Brahmaputra river bank.. But need to make that place more beautiful like sitting places, may be a some sheds and all.
